These terms govern use of the GlobalnetApi customer portal, wallet, developer API and related services.

Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep passwords, transaction PINs and API tokens confidential, and notify support promptly about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed with valid credentials until access is secured.
Purchases and wallet
Review recipients and products before confirming a purchase. Successful digital delivery is generally irreversible. A definite failed purchase is refunded to the wallet; transactions awaiting final confirmation must not be retried with a different request ID.
Developer API
API tokens must remain server-side. A unique request-id is required for each intended purchase and the same request-id must be reused when checking or retrying that purchase. Abuse, credential sharing or attempts to bypass limits may lead to suspension.
Availability and acceptable use
Service availability can change for maintenance, network conditions or security reasons. You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, interference, automated abuse or resale that violates applicable rules.
